New Medication not on the repeat list?

If the doctor has recently prescribed a new medication and this is not shown on your repeat list, you will need to have a review with the doctor. Once the doctor has completed the review and is happy for you to remain on the medication they can then add it to your repeat medication list.

What is a Medication Review ?

A Structured Medicine Review is a confidential meeting between you and a clinical pharmacist or another clinician to discuss your medicines and your general health. Clinical pharmacists are experts in medicines and work alongside your doctors to make sure your medicines are right for you and used safely. Read More
