What to do if your problem is urgent.

Urgent self-book appointments are available every morning, and afternoon appointments are managed via telephone triage.

This is a mix of face-to-face and phone appointments.

All appointments for the urgent care clinic are booked on the day, you can organise an appointment by phoning reception (please see our opening times)

These appointments for urgent medical needs are offered in time order, and you would be expected to take time off work to attend.

The receptionist will ask you for a brief summary of your problem. This allows us to make sure you are safe, occasionally we might suggest another service such as minor injuries or A&E. We understand sometimes things are personal so, of course, you have the right to decline to tell the receptionist.
