How do I arrrange a home visit 

Our GP's will look at the reasons for your visit request and may telephone you to gain more information or give advice.

Home visits are for terminally ill patients, bedbound patients, housebound patients, so poorly the patient would be harmed if moved.

Please give the receptionist as much information regarding the reasons for the visit.

The surgery will select the most appropriate team member to visit you - which could be a GP, GP in training, Nurse, Paramedic, Pharmacist, or any other appropriate clinical team member.
