Repeat Prescriptions

If the doctor has authorised for you to receive medication on a regular basis without needing to be seen each time, you should have a computer printout of the list of items.

Repeat prescriptions can be requested using one of four ways:

  • By posting the request slip into one of the boxes clearly labelled at each entrance or dropping it in at reception.
  • By sending the request slip by post, with the option of including a stamped addressed envelope for your prescription to be posted to you.
  • Online via the link at the top of this page – new users are required to register first.
  • Through your preferred pharmacist

Please note we do not accept telephone requests

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
